CharterQuest Executive Resourcing is the recruitment consultancy service of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

CharterQuest provides a specialist, professional recruitment service at all levels from recently qualified to partner/finance director for permanent, contract or interim management roles on both a full and part time basis.

Our clients include accounting practices of all sizes as well as a wide variety of commercial (such as SMEs, trade associations, professional partnerships) and not for profit businesses including charities and housing associations.

Our range of services includes contingent database search, advertised selection and direct mail solutions.  As a consequence of our unique relationship with the ICAEW we are the only company able to offer the facility of direct communication with the Institute's membership for the purpose of promoting specific career opportunities.  In addition to year of qualification we are able to use such search criteria as location, whether working in practice or business, size of firm etc.

Our fees are normally calculated as a percentage of the annual starting salary and will be specifically agreed at the outset of any assignment.  Our standard Terms of Business are available upon request.
